Point to Point Speed Enforcement System(Average Speed Enforcement system)

The TOPCAM 2002 scans average speed of vehicles to detect speed violations using cameras and detection sensors. (Loop, Laser and Radar) They are installed at the start and the end of a section of a road and transmit vehicle information such as license plate numbers, time and speed to a control center.
When they detect a violation of speed (or the average speed of the section), information about the violating vehicle is automatically transmitted to a regional center and the central control center, thus enabling responsible authority to issue a ticket for the violation.
